At Anastacia Studio, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry and artwork. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns or exchanges on unworn and undamaged jewelry and metal art within 7 days of the delivery date. Custom or personalized pieces, however, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us at AnastaciaJewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.

  3. Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions:

  • Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards.
